Healthy living is my passion.
Since graduating with my Master of Public Health in 2012, I’ve been helping patients from all walks of life change their habits and thrive.
I’m not a “fitfluencer” and I won’t sell any fad diets or products. I’m not one to weigh out food or torture myself for perfect six-pack abs. I believe in heathy, balanced living–emphasis on the LIVING. Healthy habits should make your life fuller, not take away from the pleasures of living.
I love working with clients to help them develop sane and sustainable habits that allow them to live their best lives for years to come.
As a mom of two boys (and a wife to one “grown up” boy), I understand the balancing act of working, catering to your family, and having little time to focus on yourself. Sometimes a little support can be just what you need–let me help you!
